CX Trends an annual thought leadership report created by Zendesk which explores how AI and changing consumer expectations are fundamentally shifting customer service strategies.

Working with our Art Director Tim Lampe on CX Trends 2024, I extended a new grid system across 2 years of reports and one-pagers by redesigning the CX Trends report layout to accommodate long titles and heavy copy while preserving white space and readability.
